Punct si de la capat.


Dupa o luna de pauza, nebunii si experimente culinare
am ajuns din nou la START... juicing every day !

Cateva retete simple:

 Juice 1 (1 portie) =  3 morcovi, 1/2 lamaie.

 Juice 2 (1 portie) = 1 castravete, 1/2 fenicul, 3 tulpini telina (apio), 1 lamaie.
 Juice 3 (1 portie) = 1 castravete,  3 tulpini telina (apio), 1/2 varza, patrunjel (o mana).
 Juice 4 (1 portie) = 1 sfecla, 1/2 lamaie, ghimbir (aprox. 1 cm).
 Juice 5 (1 portie) = 1 mar, 1 lamaie,  3 tulpini telina (apio), 1 morcov, 1 castravete, patrunjel, busuioc.
