Juicing: Tonic detoxifiant.

1 portie = 2 castraveti, 2 maini de patrunjel, 1 lamaie, ~ 1 cm ghimbir.

1. Castravetii - contin 95% apa, si ajuta la hidratarea corpului si eliminarea toxinelor. Contin complexul de vitamine B care are efect energizant. Benefici pentru par si unghii, au efect anti-inflamator. Inprospateaza respiratia. Au putine calorii. Accelereaza metabolismul si ajuta in curele de slabire. 
2. Patrunjelul - contine vitaminele C, B, K and A. Ajuta la detoxifierea ficatului, elimina mirosul neplacut, efect diuretic si curata tractul intestinal. Benefic in cazul anemiei, are efect anti - inflamator.
3. Lamaile -  Incepe ziua cu o cana de apa calduta cu lamaie.
Le poti adauga in toate sucurile pe care le faci pentru efectul detoxifiant.
Curata ficatul, elimina toxinele din organism, bogate in vitamina C, sustin sistemul imunitar, imbunataesc circulatia sangelui, reduc inflamatiile. Deoarece sunt acre la gust, se crede ca sunt acide, in realitate ajuta la echilibrarea PH-ului in organism.
4. Ghimbir - are efect puternic anti-inflamator, diminueaza efectele artritei si ajuta sistemul imunitar.
Daca sunteti raciti adaugati ghimbir intr-o cana cu apa incalzita, lasati la infuzat, apoi beti.

Semintele CHIA.

Au un continut nutriţional ridicat. Contin pana la 25% acizi graşi Omega 3, proteine si fibre.
Sunt considerate sursa perfecta de hrana. 30 de grame de seminţe de chia contin 4 grame de proteine, 9 grame de grasimi si 11 grame de fibre.  Nu contin gluten.

Beneficiile consumului de SEMINTE CHIA:
